# Perks at Work

**Perks at Work** is a free discount platform offering access to over 30,000+ high street retailers, accessible through the Ben platform.

​ **Getting started:**  
Employees must first **register through the Ben platform** to create their account. After registration, it takes **up to 72 hours** for Perks at Work to process the account before it becomes active.

Once set up, employees can access the Perks at Work platform via **web or mobile app.**

**What employees can do:**  
Get **discounts on everyday purchases** like food, travel, retail, cinema tickets, and household items. Earn **WOWPoints** (loyalty cashback) on qualifying purchases - typically 1,000 WOWPoints = £10 cashback. Redeem WOWPoints as vouchers at retailers like Sainsbury's or ASOS. Employees can also access **on-demand webinars** and wellness content through the Community Online Academy.

Perks at Work is available in multiple countries including UK, US, Ireland, Australia, Canada, India, Germany, Singapore, and several others - employees automatically see the platform for their country.
