# Viewing system notification sent to employees

How to view what email notifications are sent to employees from the admin portal.

We’ve introduced a new **System Notifications page** in the Employer Control Center (ECC). This feature gives Admins a clear view of all notifications sent from the Ben platform, helping teams stay informed about what communications we send out to employees.

## What You Can Do

On the **System Notifications** page, Admins can:

1. **View notification triggers** – Understand what events cause each notification to be sent to an employee.
2. **Preview notifications** – See exactly how each message appears to users.
3. **Pause or resume notifications** – Temporarily stop or restart notifications when needed (where supported).
4. **Review email history logs** – Access records of past notifications for reference.
5. **Explore notification categories** – Get insight into the types of notifications the platform sends.
6. **Search notifications** – Quickly find specific messages or triggers.
7. **Download all notification events** – Export all notifications via CSV for review.

## Why We Built It

Admins asked for more visibility into the communications their users receive — and this update delivers that.

The **System Notifications page** allows Admins to:

- Manage communication preferences directly within the platform.
- Understand what messages employees receive and when.
- Confidently answer questions or plan follow-up communications based on those notifications.
