Prenetics is a **Digital Preventative** **Health Technology** company, combining lab diagnostics and digital platforms to make cutting edge scientific information accessible.
Prenetics has its global Head Office in Hong Kong Asia and with the EMEA operation based out of London. The company has a team of over 850 people and is operational in 10 offices globally.
Providing health solutions via **at-home DNA** and **blood testing**.
Strong focus on **brand**, **e-commerce** and a **“digital first”** customer experience.
Focussed on three pillars of care, namely **prevention**, **diagnostics** and **personalised care**.
During the pandemic, Prenetics pivoted and **delivered over 6m** **COVID-19** tests across multiple countries.

## Prenetics Goes Public
On 18 May 2022, Prenetics announced its **arrival on the** **NASDAQ**, in doing so becoming Hong Kong’s **first ever** **“Unicorn”**, a term given to privately held startup companies with a valuation of **$1 billion or more.**
The significant cash proceeds which will be generated will be used to drive **strategic acquisitions**, **geographical** **expansion** as well as further **research and development**.
Using the listing as a springboard, Prenetics is projecting **three-fold year on year revenue growth** with 2025 turnover targeted at $640m +.
Although the company’s structure has changed, the **core vision remains**. Prenetics will **improve the health and** **wellbeing of millions of people** in the years that lie ahead.
