JustParent insures companies against the cost of providing their staff with enhanced parental leave pay.

With our first of its kind product, we will underwrite the cost of proving this benefit to employees. This helps employers attract and retain top talent, but knowing that the costs won't spiral out of control should more staff members have babies than expected. It allows our clients to budget better, and know that insurance will be there so they can plan for maternity / paternity leave cover.

Employees get their full salary paid when they have children for much longer than usual. It reduces the stress of living on statutory pay, and gives some breathing space. Dads can take proper time with their new family, returning to work in a much more reasonable timeline - or sharing the workload more with the mums, so the mums can return to work sooner too.

Above the excess, we pay 100% of basic salaries of people on qualifying parental leave. Clients can choose the length of the leave: Mat leave pay of 12-30 weeks, or Pat leave pay of 6-30 weeks. Min 25 employees. Max salaries paid are £150k annualized. Directors excluded.
